About the event

"Novatore Impact Summit" is an international conference for women's economic empowerment, which will be held in Riga, September 22-23. Its purpose is to promote women's economic activity and promote gender diversity in the highest business leadership positions. The conference will bring together 50 speakers from 18 countries - influential leaders, entrepreneurs, leaders of political organizations, researchers from all over the world to educate and inspire women to realize their career ambitions and gain more influence in the economy.

The conference is organized by the "Novatore" , which was established in 2020 by entrepreneurs Baiba Rubes and Dagnija Lejiņa, with the aim of supporting women in leading positions by providing knowledge, providing networking opportunities and promoting the exchange of experiences.
